By accessing or using Avioane, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.

1.2 The Game

• Free to Play: Avioane is 100% free. No paywalls, no NFT requirements.
• Skill-Based: Inspired by the classic Romanian "Avioane" paper game
• 01POT Rewards: Winners earn 01POT tokens (rewards, not gambling payouts)
• Fair Play: Using bots, multiple accounts, or exploits = permanent ban

• Must be at least 13 years old to use this Platform
• You're responsible for keeping your account secure
• One account per person – no multi-accounting
• Don't share your login credentials

• 01POT is earned by winning matches
• You can withdraw 01POT to your Solana wallet (minimum withdrawal applies)
• Withdrawals are processed manually (1-48 hours)
• We reserve the right to refuse suspicious withdrawal requests

• No Guarantees: Platform provided "as is" without warranties
• Not Financial Advice: 01POT is a game reward, not an investment
• Your Risk: You're responsible for your gameplay decisions
• Technical Issues: Not liable for losses due to bugs, server issues, or blockchain delays
• Maximum Liability: Shall not exceed the 01POT in your account

We collect only what's necessary:

• Account Info: Email, username, password (hashed)
• Wallet Info: Solana wallet address (only if you provide it)
• Gameplay Data: Game results, wins/losses, 01POT balance, stakes
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type (for security)
• Support: Messages you send to customer support

• To provide and improve the game service
• To process 01POT withdrawals to your Solana wallet
• To prevent fraud, cheating, and abuse
• To send important account notifications
• To respond to support requests

We may share your information only in these cases:

• Blockchain: Withdrawal transactions are public on Solana
• Legal Requirements: If required by law
• Service Providers: Hosting, email services (under strict agreements)

Security Measures:

• Passwords hashed using industry-standard encryption
• HTTPS for all communications

Your Rights:
